This January, Pho, the popular Vietnamese street food restaurant based in Tunsgate Quarter, is introducing a special, new limited-edition menu that will offer diners a fantastic selection of delicious, super healthy Pho dishes, perfect for post-gym suppers or to maintain those New Year resolutions!

Inspired by the growing demand for dishes that cater for a diverse range of dietary choices, Pho’s New Year menu will increase the restaurant’s already generous vegan offering, as well as introducing even more low-carb, low-cal and high protein dishes plus a wider choice of non-alcoholic drinks, including the ‘Nojito’, a refreshing combination of lime and mint, homemade lemonade and soda, served over crushed ice.

Perfect for anyone launching a January health kick, keen gym goers, or those who are trying to reduce their carb intake, Pho’s new menu is low in carbs, high in protein, and most importantly, packed full of flavour; Pho’s new dishes won’t compromise on Vietnamese flavours or ingredients, but simply offer a lighter alternative.

Pho’s popular soup dishes will be offered with courgette noodles and butternut squash noodles in place of rice noodles; diners will be able to opt for cauliflower rice over plain to accompany the beautifully grilled meat or tofu in their tasty rice bowls, and two new fresh and delicious summer rolls will be added to the menu, perfect as a guilt-free starter or a light and tasty snack.

Pop over to Pho to enjoy the new supercharged menu, available until the end of February.
