Mark Alvarez-Buylla has been promoted to Director of Operations at innovative FinTech firm, Gold-i. In his new role, he joins Tom Higgins (Founder & CEO), Julian Elliott (Chief Commercial Officer) and Chris James (Chief Technology Officer) on the Gold-i Management Board.

Mark will continue his focus on overseeing operations and client deployment at Gold-i. In addition, as part of his new remit, he will also have responsibility for Gold-i’s Accounts team.

Mark joined Gold-i as a Project Co-Ordinator in 2018, having worked in the FinTech industry for over six years in a variety of client services roles at Eze Software. He has been instrumental in developing and streamlining processes at Gold-i, in particular, enhancing the client onboarding process. He was promoted to Gold-i’s Head of Operations in 2019.
